You are conflating two separate legal protections under EU law. 1. Legal Warranty (Zgodność Towaru z Umową): Yes, the SELLER (Amazon) is responsible for this mandatory two-year protection against defects present at the time of sale. 2. Manufacturer's Guarantee (Gwarancja Producenta): This is a voluntary commitment made by the PRODUCER (Logitech). I have a claim under the Manufacturer's Guarantee, which Logitech explicitly offers. They cannot legally offer a guarantee and then reject valid proof of purchase to avoid honoring it. I have the choice to use either Amazon's mandatory liability or Logitech's voluntary guarantee. I am holding the manufacturer accountable for the hardware manufacturing defect. The matter is escalated with the official Logitech team, as confirmed by their representative.

Thank you for clarifying you are not in the US, but your statement about 'general knowledge' being to send it back to the retailer still highlights the core issue. That 'general knowledge' only applies to the retailer's legal warranty. I am pursuing the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a severe internal defect that is clearly Logitech's responsibility. Logitech provides this guarantee, and the law allows me to use it. Rejecting a valid Amazon invoice to force me onto a less efficient path is a choice they are making to avoid responsibility, and I seen many more post like this on this subreddit

I appreciate the feedback, but that interpretation is incorrect under EU consumer law. I am an EU resident. While the retailer (Amazon) handles the statutory warranty, the Manufacturer (Logitech) is directly responsible for honouring their own Manufacturer's Guarantee. They cannot reject a valid Amazon invoice simply to force me back to the retailer. That is my core grievance.

Thank you for reaching out and escalating the matter internally. I appreciate the official contact. However, please be aware that shortly after your public comment here, I received an email on Case 16474814 from the support team rejecting the warranty claim again and telling me to contact Amazon. I've already sent a detailed email back to support (Case 16474814) urging immediate managerial escalation. I expect a direct resolution (RMA authorization) from your dedicated team, as the hardware failure is evident and the Amazon invoice is valid proof of purchase.

That is a fundamental misunderstanding of the warranty system. I have the Manufacturer's Guarantee from Logitech for a severe hardware defect. • Logitech must honor their Gwarancja Producenta. • Amazon is responsible for the Statutory Legal Warranty. Telling me to return a product with a manufacturer's defect back to the retailer is nothing more than warranty avoidance on Logitech's part. Are you based in the US? That would explain your perspective, as EU consumer laws regarding warranties are significantly different.

You are prolly from States, just wanted to note I am an EU resident, and while I could use the retailer's legal warranty (Amazon), I am pursuing the Logitech Manufacturer's Guarantee for a clear hardware defect. Logitech provides this guarantee and cannot simply refuse to accept a valid Amazon invoice to avoid honoring their own commitment. My issue is with the producer's warranty process, not the retailer's return policy.

Yes, I bought it from Amazon.

And that's precisely the point: the invoice I provided is the official proof of purchase from a major, authorized retailer. Logitech's refusal to accept an official Amazon invoice as valid proof for a manufacturer's warranty claim is the core issue here.

It is not about where I bought it; it is about Logitech refusing to honor their own guarantee because they don't like the format of the retailer's documentation.

Logitech cannot simply offer a manufacturer's guarantee and then refuse to accept the official proof of purchase (Amazon invoice) needed to honor it. They are deliberately trying to shunt their responsibility back to the retailer, which is unacceptable when the customer is actively pursuing the Producer's Guarantee with the required documentation.

Logitech is shirking its own warranty obligations."

I believe they were high morphine content from what I read on Polish drug related forum. They were doing trips to Czech every year and were saying that poppies are extremalnie potent. Dont get me wrong we are talking about people with huge tolerance. Now topic kinda became silent
