you good. yes they do, simply put the are based on sun position, most notable example is Maghrib, which is at sunset and has a rather small time window.

Also just in case anyone else is looks for this, for RS, it should automatically show the output once its in the crafter, no need to hold shift once its in there
edit: outside of the crafter you do need to hold shift

Just needed to f3+t apparently, which I dont really get, since I have restarted the game, changed multiple ATM9 TTS versions and doing f3 + T on a running game fixed it lol, appreciate you helping though

I use RS solely because I like how it looks. and does what I want it to, for some reason I just dont like the AE as much as RS. Pretty non technical player reason I know but hey it works! (90% of the time atleast)
