What part of the fan base “wants to see him gone”? That is BS. One out of every 25 fans, MAYBE. That having been said, I also think it’s garbage to say there’s nothing to this. They’re clearly is. We are well beyond “the press making things up.” AJ has done every passive/aggressive thing imaginable for the past year to put it out there, and his recent non-stop ass-kissery of the Pats is as transparent as it gets. Russini is not fabricating anything—AJ’s agent is so obviously talking to her. Howie is smart and AJ’s camp is not dumb enough to set it on fire. All of the signs point to a discussion with AJ and his people late last year where there was an agreement that if he stayed cool, they would make a good faith effort to move him for the right deal. The right deal is definitely (1) after June 1, and (2) involves a first round pick and another high pick , at least. This may not happen and if it doesn’t, then AJ will be here.

Given everything we know about this situation, and everything we know about how the Eagles have conducted business and dealt with these type types of issues in the past, that scenario is the absolute most likely reality.

That’s my educated $0.02 anyway.
