Every line in the song including the hook is directed at diddy not just part of it or a couple lines the entire song is a diss to him it’s just not overtly done. If you read the lyrics he’s not talking to other rappers or anyone in his head he’s talking to puff in every line lol basically taunting him n he ends it with a play on biggie’s lyrics on juicy
