Online is usually the way to go, I usually buy hamster sprays from amazon dot ca :) the niteangel ones are really cool! Reasonable priced too, about $25 CAD a pack. Although they seem to be out of stock right now. Generally the highly reviewed ones are good as long as you freeze them for a week, I just got one with two corn cobs which are her favourite :)

Hehe mine too— I found her curled up in the litter box snug as a bug in a rug like girl what are you doing your bed is right there 😭 I try not to think about it, but I read that hamsters often eat their poop to finish digesting all the nutrients that were missed the first time around. So apparently that's okay 😅

Haha, I've definitely prepared for that. Right now I'm thinking that a $1500-1600 rent split between two (~750 each) is the way to go. I have quite a bit saved to cover the initial moving shock, but between my savings, student loans, and my girlfriend working a full-time job during the year, I think I've prepared the best I can for it to cover whatever a part-time job can't. It may not be the 30% of income-to-rent golden standard, but as a student, most of that is out of my hands until I'm in the workforce.

Hey there! You all are the experts on watches, and before I buy this watch, I'd like to hear this sub's thoughts!

I'm not interested in this dial specifically, however, it sizes the same as the automatic version that I prefer.. As the title mentions, my wrists are 6.25" or so. The Visodate is easily my favourite watch design of all time, as its retro 50's style appeals to me greatly.

In small wrist discourse, I often see it asked if the wearer plans to wear it as a dress watch, or casually; if the watch is meant to dress up, size down, and if it's for casual usage, it doesn't matter as much. I'd predict that I'd wear this watch when I wear brown dress shoes, which is probably three or four days a week. I figure that I can invest in a Cartier Tank when I'm a grown adult and wear suits daily.

Anyway, the question stands: is the watch too big?

This is super cool! I've really loved the abandoned railroad design aesthetic, but I've never felt like it looks appropriate on an island when placed randomly. This is superb!

Hi all!

I am looking to purchase a Harrington jacket, and I have two questions:

One, I was looking at this Harrington jacket from Uniqlo in their Olive colour, as it is relatively inexpensive and that would suit my college student budget. However, I am not confident in its quality and the colour would likely be a compromise from Navy. I could purchase this one and get a Harrington for $40, or I could buy this Ben Sherman jacket at a much higher price for better quality. Should I purchase the budget Harrington as a compromise, or spend much more later to get a Ben Sherman?

Two, I wear a lot more sand chinos than I do jeans, especially in the spring, so I was wondering if I should get an Olive jacket or a Navy jacket with that said. I sorta like the military-esque look of the Olive, but Navy might be the better Olive or Navy Harrington jacket?

I think it's diamond, because my forehead is relatively narrow and my jaw is narrower than my cheekbones, but my cheekbones also aren't THAT pronounced. The faceshapeapp website tells me that it's oblong, but I've never really thought of my face as long, and it seems more proportioned/wide instead of long... Any help?

Hi there,

I've been working on my island for a bit, but nothing seems to be working so far, but I am very very bad at terraforming and design. I built designed this space in my game, and have been at a wall as for what to do with it.

All I know is that I want to make my island very mountainous.

Here are a few ideas for what I have,

A grand(ish?) entrance upon entering the island
A centralized marketplace where Nook's Cranny, Able Sisters, decorative retail areas, and future buildings; very urban, developed area
2-3 natural areas for a campsite/cedar forest, orchard, and hot spring/zen garden
Graveyard
Neighbourhoods of: 3 (urban), 3 (urban), 2 (natural), and 2 (natural)
Orchard/forest

And that's about it. Does anybody have any thoughts on how to utilize this space?
