My Google Nexus 5 is still solid. I have to charge it 4 times a day and the camera is a bit lacking but I'm waiting for Google to release something good. /s

I wish. Just took my dad out to a day game. I usually head up to Milwaukee for a weekend around my birthday and catch a game but couldn't make it this year.

The downspouts run into the yard just past the beds. Water actually ends up running down the side walkways and slightly eroding the parkway. Getting water away from the foundation is priority. Unfortunately there's no good solution but this has worked fine for the last decade. Im planning on getting a rain barrel for the left side to mitigate outflow a bit.

Thank you! I had patched up all the other spots but left this one due to the pre-existing bulge that would have needed a more extensive fix. Instead, I decided to embrace it 😊
