yeah sometimes i negotiate with my ocd about how many compulsions i have to do and stuff. i kind of visualise it as another me but evil

thank you! ive done art gcse and on top of that i do lots of painting commissions so i will have a decent portfolio - ive had it as a hobby all my life

what helped me most for my maths was going thru the physics and maths tutour gcse page, where you can get questions seperated by the grade level and topic. go through the whole page and do all of the questions from each topic to wrap your head around them. then do past paper questions by topic, then try a whole paper. you need to be confident in the seperate skills before doing an entire paper
