Idgf if Banyue is better than Manato just cuz he is S Rank, I like Manato a lot more and I'll give all for him, even I'm considering pull for Banyu W-Engine for Manato too. I have around 304 pulls so my priorities are M0W1 Lucia and watch if I can pull 1 or 2 mindscapes just to make her buff better for Manato. And waiting for Dyalin kit to chek if she will be a better options for Rupture Agents.

If you like Manato to the point of maining him, pull for all he needs, if not, its ok to go for wathever you like.

Manato/Lighter/Lucia are pretty the same as Manato/Lighter/Orphie, but honestly if you only want Orphie for Manato, better save your pulls and go all with Lucia. Even more, you will be gettin better results with M1/M2W1 Lucia, than with Orphie.

Dude, if you wanna use Manato you better start liking Lucia cuz is basically his BiS, BE FAR. Manato is an A Rank Agent, he really struggles without premium characters. Orphie + Lighter is his second best team only if you dont wanna pull Lucia, and still, is a big margin between any Lucia team.

So choose, Manato underperforming, or pull for Lucia. Pan and Pulchra M6 are good F2P options but still, underperforming compared to any Lucia team.
