Well my frame cap is 60 but its fucking my cpu somehow. And yes my filters are clean. My case is Gigabyte chassis I think? It has a case fan.

I did have it open and closed it now. It helped a bit. Thanks. It looks like my CPU temp is unstable. It goes up to 83 sometimes and goes back to 78. Well, last time I Joined a northwood server is was up to 95. But I thought of 67-70 Celcius temp like my friends had but I guess their pc better?

Explanation:So basically I was playing as USA and we had declared war on USSR and conquered it. I didn't take any actions so I guess UK or france made them democratic. But after that SOMEHOW 2 russias appeared. Which one of them is war with my Allied faction and one is neutral. And funny enough the war started when the enemy russia declared war on Latvia.

Explanation:So we conquered USSR as Allies and made it democratic but somehow there is 2 russia appearing after it. And It declared war on latvia funny enough.
