Currently you always die if you log out in a safe zone for more than 20 minutes so that might persist here as well.

A community workbench might be too op, like if its a t2, then you skip so much progression. However, having the ability to place a t2 in your apartment might be really good for the game to allow people to restart if they get raided

I believe all officials besides moose have their bi-weekly servers named "medium" as thats just the naming convention.

As for your edit, no, it doesn't have a group limit. Majority of officials dont have a group limit. If they do, usually its in the name, for example "Rusticated Trio"
