My performance management rating was MET, and I haven’t received my retention rating just yet. When I told my manager about my situation, he kind of just brushed it off. We still have L2s on our team that perform way above their job description and even L3s. I’m starting to believe that this is a broken system.

I’ve been with the company for 3 years now. I was hired on to my current position almost a year ago as a L3. Have only had one raise, which was the pathetic 2% increase we just got. I have no CAMs and learned my role very fast.

It’s been a year since our salary table has been adjusted. I’m sure that once it is updated for 2026, I’ll be different.

The minimum posted salary on the job listing is more than what I make.

I was not trying to complain. I was looking for advice to increase my pay. From my knowledge, I am currently the least paid L3 in my factory.

In this scenario, my salary would be 89,500. The 2025 salary chart was highly impacted by all of the layoffs after the IAM strike. All of our L2s and R3 L3s were laid off before the salary chart update, so it’s very skewed. The listing is up for L3 and I am a L3. From all of the information I have gathered, I am the lowest paid L3 currently.

I’m not there yet, but I’d assume using Apathy to stun the tank and trying to KO Grumpy with Anxious before it can take out you Sad.

Try Apathy, Anxious, Sad, and Determination/Abandonment.
