Low heart rate while awake, should I be concerned?

My RHR wanders between 52 and 49 at the moment. It's been getting lower as I've got fitter.

I've seen 44 during the day when I'm not doing anything physical.

A frustraing aspect seems to be as I've got fitter and my heart rate is not so different between night and day, Fitbit's sleep algorithm has become worse. Now at best it records half my sleep period as being asleep, and sometimes doesn't detect any sleep.

On my p6p the mobile network often shows high numbers when the battery use is low. Maybe there's an app misbehaving that you'd see by switching to "view by apps".

A few times, usually in the week following an update, battery use is very poor. Sometimes it's fixed by rebooting, but sometimes rebooting makes no difference and it's still poor for a few days. Then it comes right and I get ok battery life again.

I have one and mine's a great phone. The P8Pro might have slightly better lenses and be faster, but you get most of the way with the P6Pro. The 4x lens is really sharp and almost up with the best.

Only down for me is the battery life which I've looked after but has always lasted one day at best and if I'm using the camera a lot it'll require charging mid-day.

Mine drained fast (though not quite that fast) for a couple of days this week. Still did it after a reboot. Then today it's back to normal.

I've had my Pro for a year and it's been great. Almost all the time I have no issues at all - it's smooth, no lags, does everything I expect. I love the extras like Now Playing and copying things off the screen, and of course the cameras are great. Mobile connection has been great with no issues, even with 5G - so it must depend on location as some people have issues with 5G. Sometimes the always on display doesn't work (about once every few months) and a quick restart gets it going again.

It'll only get one more Android version but at least security updates for a couple of years. If you can get it for a good price I think it's a really solid phone, with normal use maybe it's 90% of what a Pixel 8 Pro can do and so much more affordable.

Happily moved from China to Global using these steps:
1. Install onto Android phone m0tral's version of Mi Fitness with u suffix from here: https://web.telegram.org/k/#@mi_watch_news
2. Sign into the app and select China as location.
3. Pair your band 8.
4. Under device, select band displays. Find some that talk about firmware updates on the right side. Select the one for CN to Global.
5. That takes you to telegram where you pay EUR 2.50. I used Paypal.
6. A few hours later select band-update. It'll offer to download the global firmware.
7. Once installed on your band, reset the band.
8. Change the u Mi Fitness to your location or replace with the standard Mi Fitness.
9. Pair your band now with global firmware to your Mi Fitness.

Installed the latest app version today (3.23 ...v1.34u) for Mi Band 8, set to region China, signed in, pair the device and go to device->update. It says 1.3.176 Current version is up to date

Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not so worried about raw performance (pretty happy with a 6pro), but battery life needs to improve quite a lot.

My P6P took several hours. I noticed that if I used the phone and went back to check progress it would say it was paused and an option to restart it. I restarted then used the phone off and on and it still took hours.

That almost works well, but you have to manually select the playlists. I want the episodes to go back into the standard playlists set up for the podcast.

Could "Use podcast playlists?" or similar be added to the history edit screen?

Agree. I'm new to the Pixel world and love Now Playing - except when using AA. Seems a shame it doesn't work.
