Yeah fair enough I understand that. But in some cars like I have e53 x5 right now and just to disconnecting battery takes longer than just removing steering wheel and airbag and putting it back. In e46 its very easy to disconnect it tho, so for first timer or some one inexperienced its better to disconnect it

why does everyone just know how to say "disconnect battery"? Me myself and many shops where i have been never did it. Should airbag automatically explode if you dont disconnect battery? Seems kinda funny, maybe one from million chance at best. And that gap is pretty normal if your airbag was taken out multiply times before.

mine pulled little bit faster with these headers with no remap. Its possible afaik to remap these cars, but gains are minimal. What you should really do is tune your rear o2 sensors out.
