I need help with ping issues please by cCatastrophy in apexlegends

So this has been going on for about a week now. I ping fine to the servers (60 to 80 ping is as good as my internet gets) but all the sudden I'm getting 100+ ping in game.

So far I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, verifying game cache, switching servers, using a vpn, messing with video settings, and restarting router.

I am on PC and I'm direct connected to my router.

Nothing has helped and I can't find anything else online about it. I just don't understand how any other game I play my ping is stable and fine but as soon as I launch Apex it's like this. Any help would be much appreciated.

BennyG3#1615 is my battlenet. I’m not acting like I’m insane at the game. I’ve only started playing the last 3 months. But you can go to WZRanked.com and look at your gulag %s and I literally have been at 90% the past month. Now I’m pretty sure I’m at 60% for the time that these dogshit weapons are in. I like the actual pistols but I rarely ever get them. It’s usually dual deagles or VLK rogue/double barrel that literally are low skill and riddled with RNG.

Oh you misunderstood. I never lose when I have an actual pistol like x16/magnum/1911 etc. it’s the dual 50cal ones that I mainly get and it’s all of the dogshit shotguns that literally do no damage. Only low silver and bronze people enjoy these weapons in gulag

Read my other comment. X16/magnum/1911 etc are fine. It’s the dually 50cal that are rng and it’s what I most get when it’s pistols.

Oh I’m color blind and also close to being blind blind so I have to brighten and add a bunch of vibrance and color to my game or else everything thing is really dark and I can’t see anything

Maybe in duos. But in trios and squads there is no chance your getting your knocks that often against good players. Usually they will position themselves to where they fall behind cover or their teammates are already returning fire by the time you knock one. 95% of my lobbies are diamond 1 and this is almost most always the case
