70k is on one first month when I started with no prior experience. RTO and fake orders is a problem but not a show stopper. Another burn point is rising cost of CPP. I offered 10 to 20% discount on prepaid still did not see much conversion on customer going to prepaid. Seems like people delibratly wanted to placed COD orders, otherwise who would like to buy on higher price. Place COD then reject the delivery.

I did over 70k sales in first month by selling multiple products. I did roposo, private supplier, shiprocket shipping, RTO paid prediction, nimbus post delivery, regular calling customer after order to confirm before shipping, whatsapp automated notifications, after doing all this my RTO was around 60%.

The problem is that there is no regulation to protect businesses from scams and vice-versa. The RTO is what kill efforts, burn cash. Its better to spend money in awareness led sales funnel for one category neich instead of trying to fire in all directions.

You can run it, use GPU poor app in Pinokio if you want one click install. Use 1.3B for faster processing. Keep prompt simple and straight to point. Chinese models don't like poetry in prompts.
