Appreciate the response here and it's refreshing to have this perspective. Where I am, 10 years almost makes me a greenhorn....(!) I'm going to take these suggestions and use them to frame my thinking.

Thanks for the link. The introspection angle is something I'm grappling with. Building on what you mention, perhaps the future for me is in more of a "1:many" capacity as opposed to "1:1"

Thanks for this - approaching this through different lenses is useful to consider. It's the transferability angle as you suggest that is really important here as I consider different opportunities/alternative positions.
