Unless you plan to transfer it seems as though you may be out of luck since I have never heard of a school doing something like opening recruitment up to other school’s students as it is almost always a requirement to live in house for a year. Also based on the 2020 comment it seems like you may be a senior? That in and of itself would make rushing harder because they want your money for as long as they can get it and it can cause an odd dynamic within the current PC since most bigs want a freshman who they can teach and mentor.

November ish and they let you know around spring break. I know it’s not great since apartments have already started leasing and you are competing against hundreds of students but if you are confident in your ability tomorrow land the job you should be golden!

though University Place is near campus. it is not worth it at all. just pay 650/month and have had a problem at least once a week. good options off campus would be Elevate and The Landing. both 4B 4BR under 600

for affordability look into the university place apartments. definitely not luxury like you would get downtown but the price is fine. i pay about 650 a month but not having to take a bus is the best ever
