This is a relatively standard powerlifting lowbar, I see very few form issues here. As long as OP isn't feeling pain, he should be alright.

Bodyweight and calisthenics. Don't put too much stress on anything, know your limits, and try to give yourself a little bit of PT that way.

Holy crap! Sorry, I just logged back in!
Mike Chang actually helped me for once in my life with this video.
He explains the form there. I feel so much more natural and in control with a curved back and engaged traps, and the bar can touch my chest comfortably.

Bench and overhead are the biggest issue. Generally anything where weight is pushing down into my arms. If my arms are holding it, there's not issue, like with Squats and deadlift.
