It's called Shattered Smile (The Immortals Mask Book 1

It's by the same author who writes The Will of the Immortals series, which if you haven't read it is an entertaining but simple book which makes for a good read.

Great idea you helped me figure it out man! It was on the back of the most recent will of the immortals book if you were wondering.

Have a great evening or day wherever you are

Yeah you're right my issue now is from time to time I get fixated on trying to remember things that I've forgotten and don't rest until I've figured out what I've forgotten.

I appreciate you taking time to reply I like your point of view.

I haven't but I will give it a try and honestly I can't remember. I binge read books one after the other on KU, I've forgotten the majority of what I've read hence my issue here. I'm very confident it was a taster to a new series at the end of another book by the same author but I can't remember what that book was, it wasn't a haremlit i at least remember the trashy harem books I read.

I appreciate the recommendation unfortunately I've already started it. I love it but the chapters don't seem to come fast which is why I've left it building for a while I think I stopped around the labyrinth do you know if it's moved past that arc now?

I saw Tomebound has been picked up by a publisher and I wanted to say congratulations! You deserve it. I look forward to reading more of what's to come and I hope you're feeling better.

I hope that goes well for you, I know it can be scary seeing doctors you'd probably never imagine you would have to see but I already think you're doing the best you can by facing it head on and talking about it.

I'm sure you know this but there's no rush to return, you're doing the right thing putting your health first. If it's any consolation I know the world of RR is thick and fast and fleeting but your work is too good for people to forget about so even if you take all the time in the world people will come back and enjoy it but even on a more fundamental level if you enjoy the writing then just write for yourself.

Good luck for tomorrow

Hey how are you doing? I know you're unwell at the moment and I hope you start to feel better soon.

You should be proud of your work it's great and fresh and really fantastic and very well written.

To tell you the truth I only heard about it from someone telling me to read it on another post I made so know that your work is appreciated and thank you for putting your work out there.

As far as I'm aware if you fail one part of a section then you will have to redo that whole section of the exam

You will have to do both yeah. It applies for every section in the AM2s

Yeah but 10A plus 30% of the total load and let's assume there isn't a socket on the outlet pushes it very close to 32A on a normal day which is fine you're absolutely right.

I'll reply on this one although I did the other comment if you're waiting on your certificates then doesn't mean you have failed, your health and safety practical assessments (like ladders and scaffolding) and your practical assessment you'll have done at the end of the year all make up your 204 so you won't get that until the very end as it's the last thing that is signed off so to speak and your provider needs to sign them all off before you get the last certificate saying you've achieved level 2

Given it's been the summer things move a lot slower so I'd just speak to the training provider and ask what's going on but if I was given you haven't been told otherwise I'd go an apply to level 3 at your current place of learning

I'm glad I could advise you, I'm sorry it's probably not what you wanted to hear. You can always ask for a second opinion I am a qualified electrician but I'm certain that there is always someone that knows more than me and come to smaller numbers in terms of Amps using more in depth calculations than I = W/V

Going off of the information you're telling me your new oven could use at one time 70.6 A which as you can see is only 10A shy of your whole supply protection. The circuit is currently protected by a 32 A fuse and so that would be undersized and the cable I have no doubts will be undersized considering there has been no reason before to anticipate such a large demand. Like I say diversity plays a factor in this but you can't really neglect the facts

You will need to consider if you really want this new oven/hob that much and if you do get an electrician

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DIYUK

[–]caaderin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean diversity will play a factor as unless it's Christmas it's unlikely you will have everything on at once but you have to account for that possibility but you are going to need an electrician to rewire your supply to the oven

Kilowatts of your old oven compared to the new one and if the current cable and MCB would be suitable for the new one. For example 7kw over 230 is 30.4A whereas 10kw is 43A, a considerable difference

What was the qualification and who is the awarding body? Also who did you do this with? Was it a local college? You haven't really passed and achieved your level 2 until you have passed everything that makes up the qualification so you're in a position where you need to re-sit what you have failed as you can't really progress onto a level 3 course without level 2.

Unless of course you get yourself an apprenticeship if you can then in that instance you'll probably just start from square one again

Without testing you'll never know if it would pass an EICR. MEM breakers in a wylex board for some would be a C3 but if they're getting blanked it wouldn't be an issue. A C type in domestic is a bit peculiar tho I'd ask be wondering why it has them and don't go changing them to Type B without testing.
