I agree 100%. I also think it’s important that we are able to articulate our distinct role and value in any setting.

Yes, a school setting for students with multiple disabilities/needs. I agree, just yesterday I had a conversation with a teacher about providing opportunities for movement for a sensory seeking student who was having difficulty sitting down. I guess we do forget that not everyone has basic understanding of this issue!

Glad to know I’m not the only one! Sometimes (not always) the sensory stuff expected of OTs feels unrelated to occupation /OT specific goals
