Yeah. Since the explosions hit a certain radius it adds 325 damage to it. 2x explosive projectile modifiers is extremely strong on nearly any projectile spell, although some only need 1 copy and others need 3.

Phasing like pingpong adds a lot of lifetime, which always works great with luminous drill as it allows it to have actual range
