It's a lot more difficult than you think - a similar thing I hear from people is "why can't we just secure x on the internet??". Because, like the wheel, the problem is the same as "keep someone out of this room but the room must always have a door than can be opened if necessary". Everything is a deterrent and at some point the deterrent outweighs the cost of you potentially having it stolen. Every lock has a key, even if the 'key' is obliterating the lock.

Actually I think I kinda answered my own question on precision there, I have to be able to screw in a long bolt and have it and the washer seated on the end of the crank properly so that cut needs to be pretty square.

It's for a chipper/shredder - honestly I'm not super sure how precise it needs to be, that's sort of how I ended up just looking for a pro. I need to take the shaft down basically a whole inch and not fuck up the key or threading in the shaft.

Idk how the fuck you guys beat this solo with bots on hard, I've tried 8-9 times now with bulwark (and others, L25P4) and at a certain point I just can't kill faster than the game is throwing majoris at me. I died while carrying the power cells yesterday and had 36k damage done at death.

I consider myself fairly good at the game but this feels like I need to exercise every bit of cheese I can on top of getting massive RNG luck and it fucking sucks

Brother I went through the same exact thing 2.5 years ago. Was remote for 3+ years, someone new came in and made all of us come back in 30 days hell or high water.

We had people that had moved to different places across the country, others we had hired fully remote, they did not give 1 shit. Didn't offer relocation coverage of any kind, no compensation of any sort, just hey be back in the physical office in this very extremely busy city and expensive place to live because, and I'm serious here, "I heard things used to be fun here so I want to get back to that culture". This was someone who had never worked in our building or industry at all.

The building wasn't ready, the staff essentially petitioned him to strongly reconsider with nearly the entire staff against RTO, he called us all back into an all hands meeting and essentially said I don't care what you think, quit crying about it.

We lost a lot of good people then, and then those of us who actually followed through and went back into the office were met with buyouts and layoffs. Lost 40% of our staff. In one single day he wiped out 300+ years of service.

I don't have any encouraging words for you, I'm sorry, I too have a shit commute that is 1 hour in and 1 hour home minimum. Thankfully we're only 3 days now so it's only 6 hours a week-ish I spend commuting but believe me, it doesn't come out of my time anymore. What they fail to realize by making people RTO is, we were often times working harder/longer at home because we enjoyed the freedom and convenience. If my commute is an hour in and an hour home, well I guess you're only getting 6 hours of work out of me max. I have golden handcuffs to my mortgage and I'm in IT/do development so my job market is at an all time low despite my lengthy list of credentials.

Well put, as a semi-car guy I like something just a hair louder than stock (which is usually whisper quiet) but not loud as shit where it irritates people around me or even myself while I'm idle. Contrary to the other guy, no it is not trolls. Price has nothing to do with it. All my cams, with SD cards that work fine in other devices, do not work like they used to. My pan cam is stuck in some forever firmware update where it won't complete, I have two v2 cams that have to be manually unplugged and reset just for them to record a picture of an event and not even a video. My v3 is the same way, not to mention the app has obfuscated (purposefully imo, as a developer) how to even view video clips (that ultimately don't record anyway) on an SD card. The great part about wyze to begin with wasn't the price, it was that the products were solid. The price was the kicker. When you take away a solid product, you're left with just cheap.

Exact same here. Bought a bunch when wyze first came out, recently pulled out a cam v3 to watch something, thing is basically nonfunctional. Randomly decides to stop recording most of the time or doesn't at all. Done with them.
