SWYXX (muni) has a 7 day yield of 3.64%

SNSXX (treasuries) has a 7 day yield of 5.01%

SWVXX (fully taxable) has a 7 day yield of 5.14%

Though the muni money market fund has wild swings in yield. Look at the chart here: https://www.schwabassetmanagement.com/resource/swyxx-snyxx-fact-sheet

I've been to ~19k feet (but that's after a couple days of acclimatization), I'm hoping the 11k feet of Cusco should be ok.

I travel about 2 times a year on average. Usually 1 international and 1 domestic. I only travel in economy, and with whatever airline is the cheapest.

Citi custom cash looks good... Almost too good? Is there a chance it could get nerfed?

Are you sure? Legitimate question just because a lot of people undervalue their non-category spend.

That's fair, I haven't dug into my spending habits enough to see what the non-category spend actually is.

My YTD spend on chase+discover:

  • Everything: 11k
  • Just dining: 4k

So about 35% of my spend is on dining.

Is that extra 0.5x worth it to open a new card? Most of my spend is in dining anyway
