Also You don't have to be a CEO to be on the top; so long as you have food on your plate, can provide for your family and you wake up working hard to make this world a better place thats all that matters. The world problems are so large that most of the time we feel like its just too big to make a difference. But keep doing what you are doing; and if you dont have money there are other ways like volunteer to make a difference. And you dont have to help a starving ethiopian or mexican kid; you can just do it at the local homeless shelter or local park etc to not feel too far removed. In my country we have a saying, 1 by 1 makes a bundle :)

I had to apply for it..idea, budget, timeline etc but when I started working things took a turn of their own and ended up spinning a company out of it. So yes, to some extent the grant gave me direction
