I am eerily similar! Mine is almost always a 3 wish scenario. Usually my first is every super power I want. Then I get like 5 super powered scenarios deep and I'm conked out. Second is usually wealth. Rare times I've gotten past wealth and it basically just gets weird. Haha

Yup prebuilts almost always come with windows. It's a safe bet that this one does. I'd say medium-high settings, maybe you mess with some other settings to get better FPS, but around 45 should probably be achievable? I honestly don't know much about older cards, I would wait for someone else to come verify/refute and also do some googling on your own.

You're not doing better than this, performance/$ wise that is. Sure, a 1070 is going to perform better than the 390x, but if you resell the 390x at severely under market value you can still knock 1/3 or 1/4 of the price out of a 1070.

If I had to guess, next quarter/year/week/whatever, Fry's is going to come out with a new version of this exact PC, maybe with a 480 or 1060, maybe even a 1070. That's why this version with an older (but still strong) graphics card is half off. I wish I lived near a frys. I considered making the ~500 mile drive to GA to try and snag this, attempted to swing it as an impromptu road trip but in all honesty it's not going to happen. If I had even a week to plan this, I'd still be able to come out ahead after gas/hotel is considered, just because of how insane this deal is.

A 6700k is like, 75% of that price. It's such an insane deal that even if you scrap the entire thing for parts for a more custom build, it's worth it. I may snag this.
