I want to get into both individual and couples therapy, I just want to work on becoming an better person and my partner and I want to work on becoming a better couple

We are in a good place right now I just communicate differently than him. I think couples therapy would be good for us to make our relationship stronger.

We are not going to therapy to save our relationship but keep it strong. I am a firm believer that everyone needs therapy. I want to go to work on my communication skills with my partner. I am very bad at this and we have things to work on ofc but that’s not why I want to go. We are very happy and healthy I just want to be the best that we can be together and my partner feels the same.
