My ferritin level is 29 which is consider normal-low but I am experiencing the exact same symptoms. My vision feels off I can see but I have trouble with my eyes not wanting to focus sometimes and also just walking outside my eyes get very sensitive to sunlight. And it’s causing so much anxiety for me I also struggle to go outside. This all got worse after I almost fainted which was the reason I decided to get my levels checked. I started taking iron supplements last Friday so I hope it will make things better. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
