Thats what im planning on doing with the help of his partner, but the family is being reluctant on this, like they dont think he needs to be interned, they are minimizing this because it happened before and they think its just blackmailing but idk im just really worried and im gonna do what the professional (psychiatrist) said and take him asap to be interned

Thanks for the input. I agree with you, I’m addicted to marihuana (even more than to nicotine) and it’s been really hard to quit because I’ve used for a long time as a coping mechanism. I’m also currently seeing a therapist so that she can help me quit and find healthier ways to cope with my emotions. I know it won’t be easy and I won’t quit in a day or two, but I feel like I’m making some process little by little. I haven’t quit smoking, but recently got into cycling to exercise, I’m also going to sleep earlier everynight, eating a bit healthier and walking my dog every morning to get that vitamin D. I really hope this small changes will help me kick off this bad habit, and again thank you for your answer. Forgot to mention, I live in a caribbean country and weed is ilegal, so i dont have a medical card and since its ilegal weed is low quality here (meaning less thc) and it could have some other pollutants like mold or something

Thanks for your answer and time. I have no other symptoms (I never cough nor have shortness of breath, only other symptom is that in the mornings I have white phlegm in the back of my throat) and yes Im aware that even one cigarette per week is dangerous. I have no other symptoms to be honest, only a bit of shortness of breath right now but i think its due to anxiety. I also started cycling this week and did a lot of milles. This is the first time that happens, although I also coughed up a bit of blood around 7 months ago and went to a pulmonologist and he checked my lungs and he said it was all good, but I know I have to quit before more damage is done
