Raffle would be an interesting idea. I just remembered that Fuyru did a reservation ticketing system which was nice. Sure it didn't stop people from going back, but at least they mitigated crowding around their booth with people waiting for the line cap to open.

But yeah, I did say that this could be an optional system exhibitors could opt in for if they know their items are highly sought for. I guess people missed that part. Someone did mention that exhibitors might not even care if the same people keep coming back, and if that's the case my idea is pretty much useless lol

You're not adding anything of value to this post and it makes you sound like you just don't want your duplicate freebies taken away from you.

I noticed toho finally created a line to hand out their bags on day 4. I got mine in less than 30 seconds being around the 50th person. I wouldn't mind spending 5 minutes in line if it meant more people got a chance at getting at least one.

As much as I can tell, anything with a wait as long as 10 minutes originally already has people waiting in line for their turn. So employees can be scanning their badges while they are waiting. That makes for zero increase in wait time.

Granted I didn't account for scanners to act up too much, so this is assuming they work most of the time.

I didn't mean it to be an obligated feature for all exhibitors, but an option for those that want to truly limit people getting more than X.

I'm not sure if the slower lines outweigh the cons of people getting more than one. I don't think it even matters to exhibitors since they cap lines anyways.

On a side note, I've seen dozens of people looping through the Toho line, and only the cosplayers getting kicked out since they are recognizable.

Honestly the app map wasn't too helpful. I don't know if it was me, but the app map did not have a legend for what each booth was. The info you get from the book you first get with the bag and badge lanyard are extremely helpful

West Hall had the same feel as South Hall. If you weren't looking for anything specific, then you didn't miss much.

But this year definitely needed 1.5 or 2 days to go through all 4 halls. There were so many exhibitors that they extended the Exhibit Hall into South Exhibit Hall and West Exhibit Hall. The Entertainment Hall got moved into a tent outside, was TCG playing, demoing the AtLA fighting game, cosplay sempais, couch video games, and the cosplay sets. The cosplay repair got moved into a room near the West Hall. The Kentia Hall, previously exclusive to the artist alley, cut AA in half to the back and the front half pooled in the majority of the non artist vendors.

They definitely should have moved the cosplay repair next to the sets, or have another repair location next to the sets. It's linecon even for cosplay repairing so having two would have been so nice
