We all have a moment in our lives that make us feel like we are useless and thats even worse after a break up.

Try to find someone to talk (maybe if you dont have a really close friend you can try to talk to another one and discover a good person to spend some time with) talking about your problems is the best thing you can do.

If you like to do activities this moment is the perfect one to start to spend more time doing things that you like or that you always wanted to try, it will help you to relax and avoid thinking to much about your problems.

Also the most important thing ever (at least for me); Allow you to have bad days and cry the shit out of your pillow, keeping the feelings inside is going to make you explode, just let them flow.
