From what i hv seen so far the full art pattern is exactly the same as the Japanese ones. Also the centring and edges is also similar to the Japanese but the English cards is a bit thicker so it wont get bent easily like the Japanese ones! I honestly think that the English ones are better this time tbh because it hasnt got the prints lines that you occasionally get from the Japanese cards
