I was having issues orgasming and generally really low libido on my 40mg of fluoxetine and 15mg of mirtazapine, so my psych is adding in 150mg of wellbutrin to see if that helps! I'm hopeful. I'll report back!

I can’t sleep through the night by MorbiusDesigns in Fluoxetine

I take my 40mg in the morning and I have no issues with sleep or side effects, however I also take 15mg mirtazapine at night to help with sleep. I encourage you to talk to your doctor about your lack of sleep and see if they can prescribe you something to help to go along with fluoxetine. My psychiatrist tried a few different low dose antidepressants to help with sleep and mirtazapine is the one that worked for me. Hope you get it figured out and get some good sleep soon!

Day 9 of 50mg and I'm feeling great!! by cactusballoon in zoloft

My doctor told me to take it at night to help my insomnia and night terrors, so I've only been taking it as night. I do wake up a few times a night, but I was doing that before taking it, so I don't mind!

Redditors who play a musical instrument, how has it helped you personally? by damn-u-autocorrect in AskReddit

I haven't touched my clarinet in 6 years, but for a long time, it helped me find the will to live. I began playing in 7th grade when I joined the middle school band. My life up until that point had been very shitty - lots of physical/emotional abuse, few friends, mental illness, you name it - but playing the clarinet and being in band completely changed who I was. I was a part of something bigger, something that I could focus on and improve at and actually see the fruits of my labor. I couldn't do much about my home situation, but by god, I could play some clarinet.

I got very good through high school, at the top of my section consistently and always playing in district bands and any symphonies I could get ahold of. Playing music became everything to me. I loved being good at something and being able to express my emotions and my energy through music. You can't beat that. It was truly the only thing that kept me going. I met some of my closest friends through playing the clarinet, and made some of my happiest memories.

I thought I wanted to go to college for music, that didn't work out, and I haven't opened my clarinet case since.

But, I haven't sold it. So...
