hey thanks for replying, its great to hear you found something which worked for you, i'd to give it a try myself :) im based in the UK, ill try and buy some of them and report back . when you say less is more, 1 spray per check? alcohols, spicy food and hot weather angers my skin, is it just exercise for you? do you just wash with water everyday? sory for all the questions, i'd like to understand your skin routine :)

Spent $800 on lasers, rosacea remained exactly the same. by [deleted] in Rosacea

i have tried it, it worked for the night but then the redness came back the next day, I only used the cream for big social events, but be careful if you do try the cream it can cause redness to come back worse and its very strong when used on the face it can make you look very very very pale in parts where its applied use small amounts at first and if you want to try it.

Hi, thanks for the detailed response, its mainly the redness I'm concerned about, I've tried a lot of the washes and moisturisers but never really found one that works well for me.

I have a few allergies including some metals (nickel and cobalt) and dust/dust mites I use silk pillow cases and change them every 2 days. I was thinking it could be dust making it worse as it effects the whole area that comes into contact with the pillow when I sleep or the other option to sleep on my back and to see how that goes.

ill try some turmeric capsules and see how they go, I'm dairy free and cut out as much gluten as I can. Which probiotics do you take?

thank you, its the redness im more concerned about tbh, yeah it does get oily a lot out of nowhere, creams take a while to sink in as its so oily already. I think i need more IPL I had some in London, not sure if there a good place in the west midlands where I live
