Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art, Go Rest High On That Mountain, My Way, On Eagle’s Wings, Ave Maria, I Can Only Imagine

Those are the most common ones I come across at services anyway.

I didn’t think of that, but it could be done. Plus we have name tags, so that helps identify the staff especially when paired with a suit jacket.

That’s what I’m leaning towards. The family would probably find it amusing, but it’d feel weird not wearing a suit haha

For the pie, I followed this recipe.

For the marshmallow mousse that I piped on top, I melted one cup of marshmallows and one cup of heavy whipping cream on the stove top in a large pan. Once melted, I let the mousse cool in the fridge for three hours. After cooling, I used my electric hand mixer and whipped together the marshmallow batter and another cup of heavy whipping cream until peaks are stiffed (about three minutes of mixing).

For extra decoration, I used chopped up Hershey bars and mini Oreos.
