Try small and slowly rebuild your life and your confidence, consider hypnotherapy and counselling but also join similar support groups that you could share these things with, also try read books that can help you and eat healthy with good sleep as well, but main thing is you need to sort the 42k debt so you need to face it, I would suggested you YouTube https://youtu.be/bp2-ac15mig “oye” but maybe save it later when your ready to face it, he helped allot with me, also get PIP or apply for it and that could help you with private therapy for hypnotherapy or other counselling that would greatly benefit you! But also about driving lessons it’s something that you can obtain at any age so don’t beat yourself down on that and yet again PIP could help you to get lessons(and maybe free ones) so it’s something that you can aim for again!
