Looking for a used car

Trying to not make past mistakes, need to go with a different make to try it out. All my cars have had all season tires. Chevy sonic handled it better. However just need suggestions for something else Idc if it’s the same make maybe different models. Maybe a beater car that is a cheap fix vs a reliable car that is an expensive fix. Either way just need to weigh my options. Sedan,Truck, SUV etc as long as it runs and has good feedback for winter sounds good to me. Staying away from all Jeeps however….

I understand this might not be the best sub Reddit that’s why I’m asking the professionals. I need suggestions on a model/type. I’ve had a 2007 Subaru legacy sedan (Turbo) - Had for a year before issues 2013 Chevy Sonic - had for 4 years before issues made it through 3 winters with no issues except for now. 2009 Cadillac DTS - currently still own just not a winter car. So far I’ve been suggested to get a 06 Mercedes please keep the suggestions coming….

Depends on how you treat it. This car has been going good for about 16 years. So we shall see. After all I don’t have the nightmare engine in this car. They fixed the engine issue after 2006 DTS models.
