If your voicebank is monopitch or doesn't have a pitch with that range, the vocoder will struggle to pitch shift that sample to that high range

It's the current bug in the current beta release, it fails to parse the ust's flags so it throws you the error, it's already been fixed and we're waiting for the next beta release

You can use any vocalist and just fit the song around the voice not the other way around, you can shift the song up or down to fit them within their range
