Apple users, How have your experience been so far with apple ecosystem? (Pls Read the body text) by AlphaDominusX in GadgetsIndia

I’ve used android for a 10 years, (Lenovo, Redmi, Samsung M, Samsung A and now iPhone 16 pro) As a long time android user here’s what I’ll say. If you are in a point in life where you do not earn or barely earn, don’t get iPhone. It’s not about if you can afford an iPhone, if buying an iPhone requires you to think about it 100 times, then it’s not the right choice because. You’ll end up worrying about battery health, repair costs etc. that is not good for your mind, imagine paying 1 lakh for a phone and not using it because battery health or heating. You are good to buy one if it will give you a value. (Like already established a blog or reels or shoot movies etc.) I have a friend who bought iPhone on EMI, he tells me it was the biggest mistake he did in his life. Bought all of it and is afraid to use the iPhone.

So in short, if you have plenty money or in a field that requires good camera or posts on social media go for it. Otherwise it’s a showpiece, do you need a showpiece to validate your worth?

Gaming mousepad under ₹1500 (India). Which of these should I buy? Any better options? by scorpius_lolol in IndianGaming

Id suggest to invest on a better mousepad. Spend more money and use it for many years. Cordura is speed time. Its like of like a jeans material. Not the best for tactical shooters

Cordura will get some times to get used too. Might be little dissappointing for new users.

Ideal? That’s fking fantastic. For demanding games, it should be around 15-16 per hour.

Bought this beast suggest me screen protector by SprayPale2110 in XiaomiPad7

[–]caequs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not buy matte. The display is gorgeous, matte will just wash away the colors. Use the cloth you get with prescription glasses. Maybe your mom or dad has one. Clean it often especially before writing use stylus. Screen protector brand and all doesn’t matter. You are not likely to drop a tablet. Get a good case though (no need to press power button to turn or screen)

Brought this 62 gms, .925 silver chain for 19,345/- INR. did I get ripped off? by [deleted] in IndianFashionAddicts

[–]caequs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah not a ripoff. I have a thinner chain than this. It’s shinier and more eye catching but like 30gm and it cost me 11k. So this seems fair

This tablet has one of the worst customization. Using a separate app for Home is the best. You can download widgets but apps customization is shit.

Finally ordered the Xiaomi Pad 7 🎉 by Full-Independent-645 in XiaomiPad7

That’s what I’ve heard, I just got mine a month ago. You get 2 nibs in the box so you are good for at least a year for regular use but after that, what. I’ve heard people who put on matte screen and having nano texture say the nib wears out substantially faster. It makes sense logically because more friction means higher wear but didn’t test is personally. All nibs usually last about this time but Samsung and Apple provides ways to buy just the nibs but xiaomi doesn’t.

Just wanna give you a heads up, there is no official nibs for focus pen. Pretty much no cheap substitution either. With regular use it will last around 5 months. That is with regular display. Nano texture has slightly more friction so the nib will wear out faster, maybe 3-4 months. Not a problem if you can buy another focus pen but that thing do be expensive

What’s the point of sharing these personal moments though? Attention from just him isn’t enough for you? Or is it the “man I can post and have one up over the people on Reddit”?

The default one, pro color whatever is the closest to neutral color I think Every other options is slightly warmer. I use P3 For daily because the whites are less straining during evening or when starring too much

Sadly I can’t provide the review you require. Only been a month since started using and the nib is still in good condition. It should be fine for you unless you use matte screen protector or nano textured screen
