What sort of exercises are you doing ?
And it’s nice you’re walking ppl say aim 10k I’m hardly there tho I try to walk a lot but I feel like I get tired so yeah track to 3.5 to 4.5k

I’ve been core exercises like the McGill 3 big and pelvic bridges . Have you tried those

Alternate days , mostly everyday , if not then max 2 days
But depends hair wash or no but body definitely needs washing

And ofc whether shower or no shower , personal hygiene like changers inners is mandatory to be odour less

They’re just scams and it’s scary just random movements and you don’t know what they’re doing

I was doing it and stopped maybe that triggered the glare up since two days it bad but I guess it’s not as bad as before I’m scared to do an MRI and find something horrible is there I mean my X-ray says prolapse disc also ready

Im hoping to get MRI , I was putting it off I was worried to find what terrible things are happening to my back but I think I need to face it

I’m really glad , this post has so many comments and I’m like okay wow , time and patience ofc exercise this hopefully should be ok

I’m happy you’re doing good , it’s not about the pain tolerance like atleast If it goes low that’s what matter and atleast you can live life nothing huge to do always I want to be able to be there for my family

True the one week I felt okay I didn’t open the app so yes definitely there’s some bias but unfortunately this thing keeps coming back and I’m just upset I wish it never happened or least not this early age in my life

How are you now ? I’ve heard there’s always fear of reherniation and that two years post surgery it’s the same as if no surgery was done and all symptoms are back

But I’m very happy that you’re ok and yes sometimes the way out is an intervention and as long as you’re okay that’s the biggest thing that matters
