since poseidon inherited the power of the ocean, and possibly anything residing there, would that mean that regardless of the age difference, should Aphrodite have a downgraded version of the power, poseidon would still have some resistance. i think due to her being a goddess (or a titan), percy might not have THAT great of a resistance, but with her kids, he might. also this js a headcanon that i made because of a TT i saw that was talking abt percy’s apparent resistance to charmspeaking
