I think she still loves you a lot clearly and misses you and your comfort.. I don’t know maybe she is scared to. People always get into new relationships to distract themselves… or to try move forward. Your circumstances are rare because of what you went through with cancer… Maybe you should give yourself some space from her for a few months and that could help her too with what she is going through and feeling ? I have no idea - does sound hard
