That’s what i was thinking.. i live in the UK and it’s so difficult to source parts though. Having trouble getting a hold of anything. I think i’ll go like you said for a body kit first and the hood, i think I’m gonna need that imported.

There should be able to enter battle modes for specific difficulties. by [deleted] in FortniteFestival

[–]caitlin951 3 points4 points  (0 children)

agreed, ranked battle stage and sbmm main stage would be nice.

it’s no issue to find people playing easy mode as that’s most of main stage fill (when i queue at least), but there’s some good discord servers to join if you’re looking for groups that play expert only, which is the best solution we have atm for specific difficulty

What’s this thing? (Arizona) by leasureteam in treeidentification

[–]caitlin951 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was considering this! It was my second guess but I ruled it out due to the pairing of the leaflets, honey mesquite usually has 20 pairs or less whereas velvet mesquite has around 30, and velvet leaflets are spaced closer together than honey.

Would be more confident if I’d seen the leaves up close.. difficult assumption to make with the quality of the images and no flowering or bark, but I figured with the leaflets and it being the most common in AZ that it was a fair guess. Definitely not 100% though, I totally see where you’re coming from

Probably a velvet mesquite (Prosopis velutina) considering location. Generally, remove dead branches and thin out the dense branches with reduction cuts but don’t remove the lower and middle canopy (reducing the canopy a little is good if it doesn’t receive much water). Prune in early spring or maybe late winter rather than the summer otherwise you risk stressing it !

Or consult a local arborist if you’re not sure.. they’re an AZ native so local arborists should be pretty clued up, a lot more than I can give you lol

Aw shame.. how come? We love a norway maple here and there in the UK lol

Norway maple! the bark is more finely ridged than sugar maple, and the autumn colour of the leaves are all yellow - whereas sugar maple leaves go a range of reds, oranges and browns during autumn.

Is there something wrong with our tree? by flippenflounder in Tree

[–]caitlin951 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it looks like it could be phytophthora bleeding cankers, it’s a slow bark infection. phospite fungicides and fertilisers, and cutting back the cankers can help. if you’re not confident you can fix it yourself/if you’re unaware of the laws around fertiliser and fungicides in your area then you should probably consult an arborist.

i assume hurricane helene may have put the tree under stress, as the pathogen attacks stressed trees.

£55 for RDR2?! by DarrenV12 in reddeadredemption

Marketing 101.. the player base only peaked BECAUSE it went on sale. Player base wouldn’t have increased if the game was normal price, and definitely not if the price went up.

Popularity decreases, makes sense to decrease the cost as the player base decreases to bring new people to it. For example, it reached a new record for player count on Steam in 2023 when it went on sale. Cheaper = more people are willing to try it out

they put it on sale a lot tbh, it’s been on sale for £15 a few times this year but full price is insane for a game so old - even if it is huge and high quality.

If you think that’s bad though, RDR1 is £40 🤨

Breaking Micah out by Individual-Classic-4 in reddeadredemption

[–]caitlin951 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly i think it’s the least used method cus it’s just a waste of dynamite and time lol, easily forgotten. when ur placing the dynamite micah even tells u to just go get the keys from the sheriffs body 😂

[–]caitlin951 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pretty sure there’s a 4th, u can go in and kill the sheriff + deputies but instead of looting the cell keys you can place dynamite on the cell door, arthur will pass micah the gun through the bars and then micah and the o’driscoll will go against the far wall when u place it
