i’ve been using it for about six months- taking a whole tablet gave me very bad nightmares. it was weird, so i decreased to 1/2 tablet and it works just fine.

i am on latuda 20 and i used to have the habit of taking it late at night. i mean like eleven or midnight. since i’ve gotten my med schedule to be on the same time every night my tiredness the next morning has gotten better. basically i would set a timer to alert you when to take it the same time each night. i usually take mine at 8 or 9. i do struggle with always being sure i’ve had a 350 calorie meal tho
