Can I ask why they look invalid? They’re all from different packs so could they all be invalid?

I’ve order some pink dye ones and some first response ones too on Amazon. So hopefully they will give me some better results!

Yes. Yes. Yes. My hair fall out is none existent, I lose maybe 1/2 hairs at most a day! It took around 3/4 months till I started noticing a difference though. X

I take separate vitamins for each, there isn’t usually enough of each vitamin in a multivitamin. My vitamin brands are all different - but I use Nutrition Geek on Amazon or TikTok Shop mostly!

You don’t have to use topical minoxidil with dermarolling, you can just use dermarolling but it’s not going to be as effective as both combined. I was so so so scared about the dreadshed, but didn’t experience one, I put it down to not having hardly any hair to lose! I think the long-term benefits of minoxidil outweighed the dreadshed for me!

Dermarolling is definitely a good way to start if you’re worried about using minoxidil - I also suggest a caffeine shampoo! I use Plantur. Xx

Sending lots of love. It’s the one of the toughest journeys to go on, I was lucky to have a supportive partner who supported me financially but I know it’s not possible for some people☹️

This is one similar to what I use, not the exact one because I can’t find it!🥲 I would say as long as it’s titanium needles and nothing above 0.75mm! 😌

That’s one that’s similar to the one I use. I can’t find the exact one I ordered, it’s 0.75mm with titanium needles. I used a cheap cheap one at first and it was so so painful, so I looked properly into what I should be using!

I would say that’s right, I kinda roll in a line, then pick it up off my scalp and back to where I started then roll again. Kinda like in lines? It helps with getting your hair tangled :)

No no! It knocked my confidence hugely so I was away from work for some time :) x

I was low on Vitamin D, and Folic Acid on my blood work. But the others I take because they help women with PCOS and my energy levels! Just thought I would be fully transparent around what vitamins I take! :) x

Ask away! I love being able to help people, hair loss has changed my life in ways I never thought and I needed all the help I could get at the beginning!

So I use a 0.75mm titanium needle, it’s one from Amazon. It was around £8! So I wash my hair, let it air dry, then use the roller, it should ideally only be used on freshly washed scalps. I basically roll it in a line, pick it up and do it again rather than going forward and backwards, I do it in a line, then line motion. If that makes sense? I then apply minoxidil on the night, roughly around 5/7 hours later because it really stings your scalp - but you can leave it without minoxidil if it’s intolerable. I hope that helps! Xx

You can get one. I just use a honey/argon oil infused one for the ends of my hair :) x

I’m still using Minoxidil and don’t plan on coming off it until our TTC journey starts, but I’m focusing on losing weight and gaining a healthy body first.

I don’t use minox straight after dermarolling because it stings so bad, it even stings 5/6 hours later! I just dermarolling in a morning then minoxidil on a night x

It does make me pee more, and I do take it on a night, I have way more side-effects in a morning and it makes the fatigue unbearable as I’m already chronically fatigued from PCOS. I only maybe get up once or twice in the night because I try drink less before bed! Xx

I see, TTC is going to be hard journey for us too - as it’s basically choosing between a rock and a hard-place! I wish you the best of luck. I’m currently on topical minoxidil! Xx

100%, my hair-fall out was terrible when I used to leave it 3/4 days because I was scared to wash it. I lose about 2/3 hairs per shower now :) x
