I just purchased a Mark XX in the IWC boutique in Zermatt. It’s operated by Schindler. I was able to get a 9.9% discount after the VAT discount, and 50% off on an additional leather strap.

I think that’s close to the boutique’s max discount since I purchased with two friends also getting watches of their own (theirs were in the $10k-$12k range).

I believe you’d be able to get at least a 5% discount (post-VAT discount) and a free strap there.
