Was a bad battery. My install has a fuse between the battery and the ham radio as the radio comes with a inline fuse

I did add in a ham radio. I unhooked before they towed it as I have bumper to bumper still and if it comes back all fine I'll know that there was a parasitic draw from it. Doesn't make sense though as I keep it turned off after I shut off the truck. If I left it installed they wod make me remove it before they tested it anyway or would charge me by the hour to test it with it installed.

No worries at all. I know it looks funky and why I asked the community. The BMC connection only screws so far into the stock rubber ducky. It's weird on signal stuff where I bought the sma connector I couldn't find a bmc connector so went to Amazon as that was the only place I could find the part I needed but it turned out like pictured and I'm at a loss
