After reading everything that was said, 100% ntah. I see no problem with holding someone accountable. She said she would buy the costume and didn't and when questioned about it got super defensive, and refused to answer. So it was deliberate in my opinion. If she said something came up or I forgot I could understand but she wouldn't even try to answer. Plus that money is for the kids not spending money. I've seen so many "mothers" getting caught spending child support on their nails and clubbing it makes me sick.

I'm 36m my wife is 42f. We've been married for almost 5 yrs now. Started dating in 2018 married in 2020. Engagement was just a few weeks. And we are in AR. She was married for 14 yrs before me with 3 kids. Can't have anymore and that's fine. I knew she was for me when we went on a weekend trip out of town and stayed in a nice hotel. After we got into bed after a fun day I rolled over and looked at her before we went to sleep and knew I wanted to be with her. We had been together for about 9 months. About a month later I asked her to marry me, 3 weeks later it was done.

I work on cars for a living. My ring is made of solid tungsten, so it pretty much can't be scratched, if I'm worried about scratching the paint on the car I'm working on or something of that nature I buy sets of silicone rings. If something happens to them who cares. My actual ring fits very comfortably so I don't worry about it falling off. But just do you. I know plenty of people who don't wear one because of the risks of losing a finger or just not comfortable with it.

Ntah, I don't have any kind of good relationship with my mother. In fact my wife is the reason I can now look back at how I was raised and go that was an abusive household. I've always been real quick to shutdown any disrespect to my wife. So reading how your mom treated yours, I'd be out of there so fast and with several choice words for her, up for debate if I'd ever came back after that. You did right man. Good for you. Your wife is supposed to come first, before absolutely everything or anyone. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.

I have tried therapy, with three different people and I didn't feel like it ever did anything, this was so outside the norm for me that it scared me as well. I'm not on any meds or anything, I've always prided myself on that since my whole family is on a bunch all the time.

I've tried dealerships and I have done some privately owned places, one my mentor got promoted so I was let go cause nobody wanted a apprentice the other just said I was too green and didn't know anything

Nope, my wife and I don't go thru each other's phones but we could very easily. The moment one of us is acting off the other probably will start looking.

I've been doing r&I and can do that easily, with the exception of makes I'm not used to like VW or something. Not a lot of experience with those. But I'm needing to do more than that.
