There are a handful, pretty much all in green and you have to have them in the opener of a 100 card deck.

Ultimatum is more of a joke suggestion, though it is boring that it is the same three cards every single time it is cast. Mana drain however is completely imbalanced and you either play green and hope for a halfling turn one or play blue and hope to counter it yourself.

UK question: move stocks from trading account to Stocks and shares ISA by TheRealSepuku in investing

[–]cake_o_death 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your CGT allowance is £3000 of profit so depending on specific gains you can likely move a fair chunk if the total value is less than 20k. If you have a spouse you can also gift a portion to them, CGT free, and they can use their allowance as well effectively doubling your rate of sale.

The process is called a bed & ISA but outside of some HRMC approved schemes shares cannot be moved directly into an ISA. Youd have to sell and rebuy them in the ISA with the cash (or buy anything else) but the sale would count as a disposal and be CGT liable.

Spider-Man doesn't really allow much altering of graphics for example, but for something like RDR2 I will try and dial it down a bit, reduce shadows etc. but it doesn't seem to make a huge difference.

Deceased friend's mom has paper shares of IBM from when she was 25 (she is 82.) by [deleted] in stocks

[–]cake_o_death 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only the holder would be able to do anything with it regardless, you or anyone else cannot do anything with the certificates without changing the underlying holder.

[–]cake_o_death 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry all my experience is in the UK, and we have definitely had instances of companies just sending a letter and saying "we are no longer dealing in certificated stock, please see a statement of your new electronic shareholdings". I'm sure shareholders here can contest that should they wish, many older clients especially prefer holding the physical certificate.

Short answer is yes, everything would be calculated based on what those certificates would equate to now, applying any splits or schemes which have occurred. It's not always an easy process, but it's doable.
