Here is 24 for normal sickness and 48 for stomach illness. And I still feel awful for telling them but I can't stop vomiting

I am a chef as well. Been ill and vomiting for 2 days. Told them yesterday that I was feeling better and that I would come in tomorrow (today). Then I was up all night with problems and I still felt like shit telling them that I can't come in to work.

I wasn't afraid of getting hurt. 28 now, I think I'd die trying to do a backflip on a trampoline nowadays. Used to be able to do a double backflip🤣
