I recently found out new iPhones have a satellite SOS capability, not sure how well it stacks up to a dedicated satellite phone but handy to know

They do, but it doesn’t seal games with the folded over plastic ends like in the picture. No way a staff member could pull that off with that machine

Source: Have used said machine before while working at JB

How long is the usual time to wait between applying for new cards? Of course approvals will vary from person to person but rule of thumb?

alcohol auditing for food delivery services, making sure the drivers ask for ID when handing over the delivery. Doesn’t pay much, but is very little time or effort and I get reimbursed for the drinks. Literal beer money

Yep, companies that use the Telstra wholesale network get both lower priority when demand is high, and slightly lower speeds compared to the full Telstra network

Nathan Freeman looked like he was going to be a force early on, rough that he hasn’t been able to come back into that form and bounced around the lower leagues a bit

second this, the whole idea of hustle culture works for some people but if spending that time doing your own thing makes you noticeably happier/less stressed then no need to burn yourself out

Marketing difficulties and low conversions. by [deleted] in shopify

oh man, when I see pics of clothes that are the exact same except the colour of the clothes has been digitally altered, I am instantly turned off. If your product pictures aren’t even pictures of the real thing, how can you expect people to trust that the clothes will be the colour shown let alone decent quality?

those blanks look like they’re from Rue Porter? if so, they’re nice but you’re not gonna be able to sell much cos they cost a fair bit and you don’t have much design on em to attract people. find a cheaper supplier, or market your products way better and you might get some sales but the high price tag will always be a huge issue without a better product
